=================================
--------------------------------------------------
1) Fluent / Fluently
✔Fluentの使い方 → 「Be動詞 + fluent in + 言語」
<例文>
My friend is fluent speaker in 3 languages.
Can you speak English fluently?
A: That car is beat up!
B: How do you know that word? You are fluent!
--------------------------------------------------
2) Proficient
基本的に、fluentと同様に「Be動詞 + proficient in _____」のパターン、もしくは「She speaks English proficiently」のように副詞として使うこともできます。
<例文>
How do you become proficient in English?
I'd say I'm pretty proficient in Excel.
A: I want to become proficient in English.
B: You sound fluent to me.
